We spend numerous hours learning the clients that we recruit for, to ensure
as close a match as possible between our candidates and our companies.
Through knowing the clients we recruit for, we are also able to prepare,
support, and coach our candidates. Our preperations ensure a streamlined
process, where there are no suprises on either end.

We do not have set percentage fees for our
services, rather we assess each situation individually. For example, if
you have multiple positions we are searching for, we can reduce your cost
per hire.
